Ahh.... a better weigh in -0.9 pounds! I think my lunch at Red Lobster probably messed up my weigh in yesterday. I hope to recover to reduce my overall weight this week continuing my downward trend.
Today I tried the "Free Style" or what might be called the "Advanced" running aerobic exercise. I believe I ran what the Wii determined was 1.5 miles in 10mins, which I find a little hard to believe. I don't believe I have ever ran a mile in less than 10 minutes.
Normal workout today... although I did do 30mins of free style step training, which was a workout. I figured out something new, which is that you can watch regular TV while you do your free style step training. Basically the sound comes out of the controller instead of the TV, thus allowing you to switch inputs back to regular tv while contining to track your step progress on the Wii.
Oh and by the way if you are a Blue Cross and Blue Shield customer you can track your physical exercise and earn points toward real rewards on the blue cross website (http://www.bcbsnc.com).
A little more bad news... today a gain of 1.1 pounds kinda of really frustrated me. I believe weighing in everyday is a little much. See if I had simply weighed in today (7days in) I would have been a lot more satisfied with my progress.
Overall weight loss is 2.8 pounds in 7 days. I have to say being almost 3 pounds lighter is great. I hope this trend continues in the upcoming weeks.
